Construction Flow is a Quebec-based artificial intelligence assistance platform for construction contractors. Operator: Construction Flow, Québec, Canada. Website: constructionflow.ca.

In accordance with Law 25, the person in charge is: Joseph Bisharhwa, founder, info@constructionflow.ca. You may contact this person with any question, request for access or correction, or complaint.

• Account information: name, business name, email, phone number, RBQ licence number if you choose to provide it.
• Mailbox content: when you connect your Gmail account, we access the emails needed to sort them, link them to your clients and prepare replies.
• Your clients' data: contact details, projects and conversations, which you manage in the CRM.
• Business data: reference rates, quotes and settings you enter.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider. We never store your card numbers.
• Technical data: login logs and cookies essential to operation.

Solely to provide the service: sort your emails, draft replies and quotes, send the follow-ups you have enabled, maintain your CRM, bill your subscription, ensure security and improve the assistant based on your own corrections. We never sell your information and do not use it for advertising purposes.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Gmail data is used only for the features you see in the application. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train general artificial intelligence models. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account.

Construction Flow uses artificial intelligence to analyze your emails and draft replies. In accordance with Law 25, we inform you that certain actions may be automated, such as email sorting, follow-ups and appointment suggestions, according to the settings you enable. No quote or price is ever sent without your approval. Every AI action is recorded in a searchable history. You can turn off automatic features at any time.

We rely on trusted providers for hosting, artificial intelligence processing, payment and messaging. Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before any disclosure outside Quebec, we assess the privacy-related factors as required by Law 25, and we require adequate contractual protections. List of providers available on request.

We retain your information as long as your account is active. When the account is closed, it is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, unless retention is required by law (for example, tax records).

Encryption of data in transit, restricted access, secure authentication and strict validation so that each reply is matched with the right client. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

You may at any time request access to your information, its correction, its deletion, the portability of your data in a structured, commonly used technological format, or withdraw your consent. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

We use only cookies necessary for operation. Any non-essential cookie will be disabled by default and subject to your consent.

We will notify you of any significant change by email or in the application.
