By creating an account on Construction Flow, you accept these terms. The service is intended for businesses and self-employed workers, not for consumers acting in a personal capacity.

Construction Flow is an artificial intelligence assistant that helps construction contractors manage their emails, clients, follow-ups, appointments and quote drafts.

Construction Flow is an assistance tool, not a legal, accounting or technical advisor. You remain solely responsible for your quotes, prices, contracts and communications. In particular, it is your responsibility to meet your obligations to the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), the Office de la protection du consommateur and any other authority. AI-generated drafts, including compliance checks, must be reviewed by you before sending. No quote is sent without your approval.

Entrepreneur plan: $49 per month. Pro plan: $99 per month. Prices in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes (GST and QST) extra. 30-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no prorated refund.

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages in breach of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or for any illegal, misleading or fraudulent purpose. You confirm that you have the right to process your clients' information in the platform.

Your data belongs to you. You may export it at any time. Its processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We aim for a reliable and available service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party integrations, such as Gmail, may occasionally be interrupted for reasons beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Construction Flow is not liable for any loss of contracts, profits or data arising from the use of the service, nor for content sent after your approval. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.

We may suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms, after reasonable notice, except in an emergency.

These terms are drafted in French, in accordance with the Charter of the French Language. An English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. They are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
